Cancellation & Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions)

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full. Life happens: one late cancellation per client is forgiven per calendar year, no questions asked.

Group Program Payments & Refunds

A deposit reserves your seat and is refundable until 14 days before the cohort start date. After that, the deposit is non-refundable. Full withdrawal before the second session: refund of all payments minus the deposit. After the second session, payments are non-refundable, but your balance may be applied once to a future cohort within 12 months. Payment plans are a commitment to the full program price, and the refund policy is the same.

Retreat Payments & Refunds

Retreat deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat within 18 months. Balance payments are refundable until 45 days before the retreat start date; after that, refunds are only available if your spot can be filled by the original payee. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for flights, baggage, and potential medical emergency.

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching services, group programs, and retreats offered through Artkure LLC are educational and developmental services. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, and no clinical relationship is created. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
