Working With Your Gift, Not Around It
Most mental health care asks intuitive, empathic, and spiritually gifted people to quiet the very sensitivity that makes them who they are. Most spiritual spaces skip the clinical grounding that makes real, lasting change possible. artKure was built in the space between.
Every path starts with mapping your specific intuitive profile: clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience, clairaudience, predictive dreams, root work, and the nuances in between, and building a personal toolkit matched to how your gift actually operates.
From there, you choose your own pace: private 1:1 work, a small cohort, or an immersive retreat, each building toward the same goal, your steadiness and skill, not dependence.

Every new artKure client begins here. Across four private sessions we map your specific intuitive profile: clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience, clairaudience, predictive dreams, root work, and the nuances in between. You leave with a personal regulation toolkit, and a clear picture of what you carry, what supports you, and what depletes your intuition. Foundations graduates are eligible for the Awakening Cohort.

A 10-week live group training for people ready to work their gift with intention in community. The curriculum moves from nervous-system safety through boundaries and energy hygiene, strengthening your primary abilities, discernment and ethics, and building a sustainable practice. Cohort members are encouraged to participate in a group forum between sessions.

I built artKure to celebrate the art of the cure. As I began to grow as a clinician, I became intrigued by the science, the esoteric, and the metaphysical space in between. The more science I learned, the more I realized that intention is behind most evidence-based healing systems. So I created a space where the modalities are blended safely.
I'm a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with 8 years of clinical experience, including my time as a Naturopathic Doctor. I've trained in Transcendental and Vipassana meditation styles and I always keep my spiritual mentors close. I love learning and the freedom to pull creativity into the work I do.
Most of my clients are intuitive, empathic, or spiritually gifted people whose abilities have become tangled with overwhelm, depression, or anxiety. Mainstream mental health care too often asks them to hide or pathologize part of themselves and a lot of spiritual spaces bypass the root of the necessary work to live a full life. I meet people where they are and safely navigate them into themselves and back out with a lot more knowledge and direction.
My clients exist across the globe and I serve through 1:1 coaching, small group training cohorts, and curated retreats. When I'm not with clients, I'm recording The We in Wellness, traveling, collecting art, and hanging with my cat, Rumi.
